Day Fourteen: Bastille Day!

Last night's storm saved us watering the garden, today is as hot as yesterday.

At around 3am, I was watching a couple of bats chasing moths, though neither of them caught anything.

Gill & I went to Eguzon this afternoon, to a much better Brocante than yesterday. Loads of market type stalls selling new stuff, which was cheaper than the second hand crap. Bought some earrings and Gill bought a little table and a plant stand for the garden.

Will return to Eguzon later this evening for the fireworks! Leaving the dogs to listen to the tv and stereo :0)

Went up to Eguzon around 10pm.

Crowds were gathered in the square watching a band playing cover versions...

Mmm, I know - terrible picture quality.

Time for a drink...

And don't forget to bring your donkey to the bar...

And then the fireworks...

...And on to the fair...
